C Ager Art: Olympia Series

Any woman who has spent several hours in high-heels will recognise the relief in discarding her clothes & those shoes, perhaps to shower & then sink into that special, safe, comfortable chair or bed to massage away the stress from her legs & to reflect.

The implicit balance in this pose is my chosen metaphor to help the viewer consider the structure of any relationship, the costs to be born. The pain versus the pleasure. The entitlements versus the responsibilities, the financial security versus the unknown duration of the relationship.
